A Starting Impulse
EXPLANATION
Every nation has its own misery. As I read more and more about the history of England, Rus-sia, Norway, the French, the Americans, I can see that all of them have smaller or bigger tra-gedies. They thread the paths that they made for themselves and that is also good for Fate. And yet, every nation has something to lament over or cheer for. Even their methods may be similar. Though some of them gets drunk, others swear, yet others grieve about it and there are those that just take no notice of it. None of these nations are better than others, we should rather find out where they are good at and what they can contribute to the big picture. If we find out this – or the whole affected country finds it out – then we shall continually improve that particular quality and potentiality as this is the part we play in the whole universal world ocean. It does not matter what their skin color or their image of God looks like, only who they are and what they can offer to the world. And it is not mainly about offering or giving but experiencing ourselves. We should be able to be ourselves and then we will see what effect we have. A uniform and unsophisticated mankind is doomed and this is why God did not create man to be uniform. Not even the Scythians were uniform, not at all. They had a thousand branches, a thousand tribes, countless tempers and customs all over a huge Asian continent. And what has become from it by today, as you could read in the article above; separation. I am glad about this news though, at least there is some change.
According to some 300 years old history books, Hungarians (Magyars) are originated from Japhet, son of Noah (1) and Maday, son of Japhet was the forefather of the Meds in North Iran (Persia) (2). The tribe of the Magii lived among these Meds, and they are the ancestors of the Magyars. The original meaning of the word Magyar is a magical community of priests. A man becoming Magyar means that he lives a spiritual life and is able to evoke God in himself. This was then a concept. However, it is now a name for a nation as well. I can be one of our noblest action if we are able to refine our nation to become Magyar the same way as the tribes of our ancestors, the Magii tribes did and they had an effect on every other Scythian tribe and also on some neighbors, like on the Greek or later on the European peoples. In the times of St. Ladislaus, priests could still get married and people did not have to worry about pedophilia. We have the proper and good examples to be followed that are worth showing to the world – again and again if necessary – because only we can show ourselves; no one else will show who we, the Magyars, really are.
The bitterness or even the political interest of the Jews shall be an example and lesson for us how we must not grieve, must not profiteer, and definitely must not be selfish. But other nations will get the same mirror and they shall also learn the same thing; not to grieve and not to hate the image that is put in front of us. When the Huns got off the right path and did not follow the ancient law of proliferation, they got a lot of little Chinese people in their land as a mirror. They fought with them for more than a thousand years until they got used to this teaching, and to the fact that those people are different. When the Kumans, brother nation of the Huns, came to Hungary in the 11th century AD, the Hungarian King lead a war against them (3), also because they invaded the country very aggressively. And yet, who would not shake hands with a good Kuman or Jazygian woman or man today? We have become one and got used to each other to a certain degree. Time made us strong together; fate drove us and forged us together. This might have been the meaning of St. Stephans line about the strength of a country with many nations (in: "Admonitions" – teachings to his son, Prince Emerich).
Today, if you are upset because of those many foreigners, there is only one way out for you; you have to get stronger than them as you are the host here. You moan now only because you are not your own master yet and this will last until you change the situation. Not the foreigners (i.e., our long forgotten brothers if you will) are our problem; it is that we gave up our independence. We must become proud Magyars and this requires self estimation, with a lot of individual and inner efforts and the result will be nothing but glorious light for us.
Europe is waiting for us Magyars to give them an example but it shall not be above everybody else; it must be alongside them, we must only show what we are capable of. Europe will rise when Hungary starts this work and also takes its neighbors with her. For Hungary can not be lifted up alone from the dirt and placed by one level above other countries. This an illusion that will never be achieved. Once upon the history, the shadow of arrogance was cast upon us in the past, but this not who we are. We must not be arrogant in order to be Magyars. Take for example the spiritual attitude of our Magii ancestors that is all around us in the walls of old houses, in the dust of bookshelves, and in the look of our neighbor. And we also have a whole lot of heritage given us by God, the spiritual licenses, like the Pauline monks who were entrusted to guard the body of Hermit Paul, like our kings who guarded the relics of our Lord Christ, like St. Ladislaus who started a new era of knighthood for the world, or just king Mathias Corvinus (Hunyadi Mátyás) who was not of royal blood - as told by Mihály Táncsics under the pseudonym of Andorlaki when he was released from prison around 1855 (4) -, and yet he was the greatest Hungarian king of all times.
Noble personal character is the most important thing today; it is one thing that everybody can have, even without money and education. If we do not return to the path of uprightness, we will not be able to create a nation on our way either today or tomorrow or ever. And this will not be God's fault. He can only ennoble your personality but will not give you another. Actually, he gave you one when he created you. You have your personality with you even now. Do not talk to characterless people, it's that simple. You will sense it whether somebody has got character or not. We may and will be a country of upright personal character if you are capable of doing something with your own character. You have to make it nice, shiny, perfect, just as your dear God entrusted it to you. For he entrusted it to you so that you become anyone that you can but on the path of character ennobling. This is what we have got from him. You may ask what this will be sufficient for; believe me, it will be enough for a lot of things. For if a few people with proper character unite and look into each other's eyes to sense the character of the other person, an explosion occurs in space and this can also be called a culture. Why? Because character is the mother of art and also the mother of the masters for the art of living. The multitude of arts based on character will be the mother of culture. Culture should not be made but must be let to be born. But it can only be born when there are people with character and they emit pure light around. And such people can only be sanctified by God who is waiting right now for you to be receptive for good, for beauty and for life.
Believe me, you will not lose but gain by fostering yourself to be a good person. Believe me, you do not owe to anybody else when you spend your time and efforts to improve your cha-racter and not to your loans. For a person with character is free, and a free person will get all good things in space because everything flows to him since he is good. We may be a land of plenty if we have persons with character among us. You can find heaps of unworthy people and gangsters nowadays. But there is only a few of living and of strong character. Yet, we must raise them and arrange things for them because only the good examples can lift people up and only good things may help us achieve liberation, together, in one common direction. You may not exclude anyone even if they are dumb. And you will not be strong by you money or rank but by the force of your character. Stay clean and your manners will be an example for others. Become free and your soul will shine by the time you get there.

(1) See for example the historical books on Hungarian history of Joákim Szekér (1791) or Bálint Kiss (1839).
(2) It is a known theory among researchers (e.g., Attila Grandpierre) that Magii tribes had lived in the Carpathian Basin since the ancient times, i.e., many ten thousand years ago, and they emigrated from here and not from other places. History books of today – and also older editions – start history mainly from the era of Noah, i.e., after the last "great" flood in Asia Mi-nor, and the genealogy of the Magii is derived from the Meds that lived in Ecbatana, capitol of North Iran at that time.
(3) They invaded the country in 1070 AD for the first time, according to the Thúróczi Chronicles (II. 49.): "A merciless squander has been done in the areas of Nyír, up to the town of Bihar, many men and women and a lot of property were taken away." King Salamon with the two princes Ladislaus and Geysa defeated the Kumans in the battle of Cserhalom, and drove them away. In 1080, the second wave of the Kumans was led by Kutesk and they attacked the Máramaros area in Transylvania. King St. Ladislaus chased them out that time. In 1089, the Kumans attacked our country the third time, and St. Ladislaus gained victory over them again. Defeated Kumans were allowed to stay provided they turned to Christian faith and so the were settled in the area of Hungary that is called Jászság today [...] In: Péter Horváth: Dissertation on the origins of Kumans and Jazygians, and on their ancient and present status, Pest 1823. p. 55-56
